ALSO: Today at 1pm in front of Eco Goods, 1130 Pacific Ave, Santa Cruz, CA.Tori and Ben will be performing their “Go With The Flow” duo of guitar looping and Power Vinyasa!
Tori Reynolds will lead a 90-minute power vinyasa flow taught to a soundtrack Ben Rivet creates while moving through the sequence. The soundtrack acts as a metronome to pace the breath throughout class. The music is consistent enough to enhance the focus and fluidity of the class, yet varies just enough to promote awareness with the mind and body at key points throughout the flow. According to the class and moment, the flow and music are ever-changing.

“I am a yoga instructor from Dayton, Ohio I teach a class called GO W/ THE FLOW with my friend Ben Rivet and we have linked up with Austin based cycling organization BikeBot to put on large community social events in 9 major cities along the west coast.
Our first event will be held this Friday, May 25 , with a Bike Bash (a social gathering including local music, bike raffle, and more) to follow the next evening.
We are very excited for these events which will be taking us through your area on our way to Santa Barbara during the time of July 16th-July 19th.
Though we have some free time on our schedule so I wanted to reach out to you as we’re hoping to spread awareness of the yoga rides in San Francisco on July 13th and in Santa Barbara July 20th as well as team up with local studios that would be interested in hosting GO W/ THE FLOW classes.
Here is a brief description of what GO W/ THE FLOW is: Ben and I present a 90-minute power vinyasa flow that I teach to a soundtrack Ben creates as we move through the sequence. We believe above all else, breath awareness is key to a powerful practice, so the soundtrack acts as a metronome to pace the breath throughout class. The music is consistent enough to enhance the focus and fluidity of the class, yet varies just enough to promote awareness with the mind and body at key points throughout the flow (according to what we do, the flow and music are ever changing).
