Santa Cruz teen Tobin Ortenblad [California Giant Berry Farms-Specialized] was selected this week to represent the USA at the UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Louisville, Ky., on Feb. 2-3.
Ortenblad, who trained and competed in the European circuit in late December for the second year in a row, was the sole competitor from Santa Cruz County selected to any of the USA teams. He will compete on the Under-23 men’s division.
